  6. After each roll is fried, use this oil for making gravy. Put cumin seeds in oil, then add ginger garlic paste in it. Then add onion and green chilli paste and saute it till it leaves oil on it's sides.
  7. Now put kashmiri laal mirch, salt, turmeric powder in it and saute. Now add curd and cream and mix well. Cover with lid and let it cool for 5 mins with low flame. Gravy is ready. Add kasoori methi and garam masala.
  8. Leave kofta we made earlier in gravy and serve with naan or roti.
