  1. Cut paneer pieces into square shape. Also,cut big pieces of onion,tomato and capsicum.

  3. Add spices- salt &chilli powder according to the taste.
  4. Add 01 tsp of coriander powder,01 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Add 02 tsp of chaat masala
  6. Mix it well gently. Make sure paneer pieces does not break.
  7. Add 02 tbsp Gram flour/ besan
  8. Mix it well and marinate for 20-25 min.keep it covered
  9. After 20-25 min. Insert into skewers.
  10. Take a tawa/pan. Brush oil and keep skewers on that. Do not put all at a time as it will be difficult while turning to cook from all sides.
  11. Cook from all sides.
  12. Once it's brown in colour from all sides that mean it's cooked properly. See the picture for refrence.
  13. Sprinkle some chaat masala before serving.Serve it hot with mint chutney,lemon slice and onions rings.
