  2. While crushing urad dal drain all the water from it.Then use only 1/4 cup of water to crush urad dal.Better must be tight.Add 2 tbsp rice flour in it and stir it well.
  3. Add salt to taste in it.Also add 1 tsp soda biocarb to it and stir it well.
  4. Take oil in a kadai and heat it…Now take water in one bowl. Wet your palm with it.take a little portion of better on the palm.Make hole between it with the help of finger and slowly slip down into the boil oil…and fry it..Fry all MeduVada like this.
  5. On the other side boil turdal and chana dal in the cooker.Take four cities and finely boil it.
  6. Take boiled dal in a tapeli,add 6-8 cup of water and crushed with handy mixie.Add cut drumsticks in it.Put it on the flame.
  7. Add salt to taste,then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and lemon juice in sambhar. Stir it well.
  8. Let's make tadka. Take 2 tbsp oil in a small kadai and add mustard seed, methi dana to it. Add hing and whole red chilli, long to it.also add red chilli powder. Add this tadka in sambhar.
  9. Boil sambhar for 15 to 20 minutes. Again take 1 tbsp oil in a small kadai,add chopped onions and tomatoes and saute it, add into sambhar. Add sambhar powder. Boil it properly.
  10. Now your Medu vada and Sambhar is ready to serve.You can serve it with coconut chutney…
