  9. Then add fresh cream or malai. Cook for a min.
  10. Add desired water for gravy. Cover and cook till oil separates. Finally add crushed kasoori methi.
  11. Now i a serving bowl take gravy and put koftas over it and garnish it with fresh cream.
  12. Ready to eat with rumali roti/ tandoori roti/ paratha or naan.
