  6. Add salt and coriander powder and garam masala and cook till the oil separates, you can add a bit of sugar if desired then add the kasuri methi and cook
  7. Add 1 tbsp of cream cook for 1-2 mins then serve hot with drizzled cream and coriander leaves on top
