  5. Heat coconut oil in a kadai, pop mustards, add 2 sliced shallots, curry leaves.Garnish the Papaya Pulissery with this.

When it start to splutter,add fenugreek seeds, curry leaves and red chilies; Pour this over the prepared pulissery/pineapple-yogurt gravy and mix well.
