Get 200 grams paneer cubes

Instructions to make Easy Shahi Paneer:
Heat a pan,add onion and tomato slices. Add cashew, melon seeds and all powdered spices except cardamom powder and garam masala powder.
Add 1/2 cup water and cover the pan. Cook on low-medium flame for 6-7minutes.
Cool and grind the mixture to a smooth paste.Keep aside.
Cut paneer into cubes.Heat butter/ghee in a pan.Shallow fry the paneers like pink.Pour over the onion-spices paste on paneer. Add salt.
Mix with gentle stroke,add cream,mix and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. If required add some water and adjust consistency.
Serve wit naan/parathe.
