Steps to make Kadai paneer:
  1. Kadai Masala making - heat a dry pan add 1 spoon of coriander seed, 1 spoon of cumin seed, 1 spoon of fennel seed, 1 spoon of pepper seed, 4 red chilli and dry roast it and make a fine powder. Now kadai Masala is ready.
  2. Add paneer cubes into the pan and fry it in slow flame till paneer become golden brown.
  3. Keep that paneer aside.
  4. Add 1tablespoon of oil in a pan in slow flame. Add 2 chopped onion, 4 tomatoes, 7 pallu Garlic, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 tablespoon of cumin seed, 1 spoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder and mix it well. Cook it well
  5. Put that mixer into the mixy jar. Make a fine paste.
  6. Take a pan add 1 spoon of oil and heat it. Add 2elachi, 2 coddmen, 3 glove to fry. Add cube shape cutted 2 onion in that oil. Fry it till golden colour.
  7. Add the smooth paste in that mix it well. Add Salt, 3 spoon of kadai Masala powder. Mix it well and add half cup of water.
  8. Cook it till the oil oozed out from the gravy.
  9. Add fried paneer into that gravy and cook it for 5 minutes.
  10. Now the kadai paneer is ready to serve

This dish is prepared by sautéing paneer cubes & capsicum in an onion tomato gravy flavored with special spice.
