  10. Get 1 tablespoon cornflour
  11. Get 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions to make Malai Chicken Tikka (without oven):
  1. Clean and Wash chicken properly and cut into small pieces.
  2. Now take glass Bowl. Put youghurt, malai, grated cheese, garam masala, Kasturi methi, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste and corn flour. Mix well.
  3. Now add Chicken pieces into it. And mix well.
  4. Keep for Marination for atleast one hour. U can MARINATE for more time too.
  5. Now put chicken pieces into skewers and arrange them well.
  6. Now add one teaspoon Ghee and one teaspoon butter and grease the pan well.
  7. Now put the skewers into the pan and roast them one side.
  8. Flip the side and lower the flame and cover it so that chicken gets tendered.
  9. Now increase the flame till u get grilled marks.
  10. For Smoky flavour keep the charcoal on gas till it's red.
  11. Keep one steel bowl and put the charcoal on it and put ghee over it. And cover immediately. Lower the flame. Keep for 5 mins.
  12. Now smoky flavoured malai chicken tikka is ready to be served with some mint chutney.
