Take 1/2 teaspoon carrom seeds
Get 1 teaspoon oil
Prepare as required water
Take For kachori stuffing ingredient -
Make ready 2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
Make ready 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
Prepare 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
Prepare 1/2 teaspoon salt
Get 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Prepare 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
Get 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
Instructions to make Dal Kachori:
Make dough like paratha with kachori dough ingredients
Mix all stuffing ingredient and mix well, make small sized tikki, keep aside.
Make small size puries and stuff potato tikki in it and seal it and keep aside.
In a pressure cooker add boiled tuvar dal,chopped tomatoes add 3 cup water, add salt, green chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, Blend it well with blender
Add peanut and chopped onions and let it boil
Add kachori prepared before
Boil till kachori come out on surface
Now in tadka pan add oil, Heat it add mustard, sesame seeds,asafoetida, kadi leaves, red chilli powder and pour this Tadka on dal kachori. Add chopped coriander and serve hot.
