Prepare 1 bowl tomato paste
Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp dry coriander powder
Make ready To taste salt
Get To taste red chilli powder
Get 1/2 bowl fresh malai
Take 1/2 cup milk
Take For naan
Make ready 1 cup wheat flour
Make ready 2 tsp all purpose flour
Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
Make ready 1 tsp baking powder
Get 2 tsp sugar
Make ready 1/2 bowl curd
Get As needed lukewarm milk
Get As needed kalonji/onion seeds
Prepare As needed coriander leaves chopped
Prepare As needed butter
Garnish with fresh coriander.and serve hot. Note- you can make these kofta's in a paniyaram pan for a low fat version. serving suggestions-serve with naan,roti or boiled rice. Instructions to make Arbi kofta with aata naan:
Take a bowl add boiled arbi, paneer, onion,paneer,salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,gram flour,all purpose flour and mix it and make the dough
Make the shape of kofta
Heat the oil and deep fry
Take a bowl add popy seeds, pumpkin seeds,cashews, and 2 tbsp water and rest it for 15-20 minutes
Now take a jar add cashews,popy seeds water and make the paste
Now take a another pan add oil,cumin seeds
Add onion paste, ginger garlic paste and saute it
Add all spices and mix well
Now add tomato paste and saute it
Add cashews,popy seeds paste and mix well
Add malai, milk and cook it and gravy is reay
Take a serving plate add gravy, kofta and garnish it
Now take a big bowl add,wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar,salt and make the dough with the help of curd and milk
And rest it for 2 hours with wet cloth
After that take a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin and spred the kalonji,coriander leaves snd press it and again roll it
Now turn the back side of naan and spread the water
Heat the tava and naan put on the tava and roast it
Serve hot with kofta.
