  1. Malai Murg- In a mixing bowl marinate the chicken with yogurt,black peppeer & salt with in 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add onion,ginger garlick,green chilli,cashew nuts and saute.
  3. Then all the ingridients take a mixer grinder and blend and make a smooth paste.
  4. Heat butter in a another pan and add all spices till fragrent. Add marinated chicken and stir.
  5. Add salt and stir then add the smooth paste and nice stir.
  6. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Add fresh cream and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot garnishing with Coriander leaves.
  8. Garlic Naan- Place refiend flour in a bowl, make a well in the center, add baking soda,baking powder,yogurt pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix.
  9. Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.
  10. Cover and rest for 3-4 hours to rise.
  11. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out into an oblong of 125 mm.
