  6. Ab khoye me badam, pistay, sugar, elaichi powder add kar ke achi tarha mix kar ke us ki balls bana lein aur kuch dair fridge me rakh dein ta ke khoya melt na ho.
  7. After 1-2 hr maiday ko achi tarha gundha.
  8. Phir is ke 3 chotay pairhay 1 bada pairha bana liya
  9. Ik chotay pairhay ko green food colour aur khushk maiday ke zariye colour kar diya
  10. Dusray chotay pairhay ko zarday ke colour se dye kar diya
  11. Teesray chotay pairhay ko red food colour se dye kar diya.
  12. Ab hamare pas 3 colour full pairhay mojood hain.
  13. Cornflour aur ghee ka paste bana liya
  14. Teeno pairhay ko lambai me alag alag bail liya.
  15. Bohat he khubsurat colour dikhnge in par khushk maiday zaroor chirhkain.
  16. Sab se baday pairhay ko lambai me phaila lein.
  17. Ab is ke upar teeno colored pattiyon ko tircha kar ke pani ki madad se stick karen.
  18. Phir is ke upar ghee and cornflour ka paste lagayen. Then Bareek bareek roll karna start karen ehtiyaat ke sath.
  19. Is ko halke hath se achi tarha agay peche kar ke roll karen tak is ke andar ki air bahar nikal jaye.
  20. Ab isay taiz churi ki madad se 2 inch ke tukray kat lein.
  21. Ab un 2 inch ke pieces ko mazeed do me lambai me kat lein
  22. Har piece ki round shape deden
  23. Hatheli ki madad se choti puriyon jesa shape deden.
  24. Choti puriyon ke size ke dough ready hain
  25. Ab is ik dough ki plain side wale part ke mid me khoye ki ball rack dein aur dusre piece ke plain wali side se cover karden
  26. Pani ki madad se dono puriyon ko chipka lein
  27. Is tarha se kinaray morhte jayen jesa ke pic me dikhaya hai.Isi tarha sari puriyon ke corner morhte jayen.
  28. Ab karhai me bilkul slow anch par oil garamkar ke ye puriyan us me dal dein. yad rakhen chamcha nahi lagana hai.
  29. Bilkul halki anch me deep fry karen.
  30. Jab ye ik side se fry ho jayenge to ye khud he oil ki surface par ajayenge tab inko halkay hath se chamchay ki madad se palat dein.Jab dono side fry ho jaye to isay oil sw nikal lein.
  31. Ab sheera taiyyar karen aur bas ik ubal anay par utar ke room temperature par thanda kar lein.halka neem garamrehna chahiye.
  32. Ab isme hamari mithai ko5 lmin dip kar ke ulat pulat karlen.
  33. Dish out kar ke garnish karlen
