Add mashed potato and all dry spices one by one in it and mix it well and cook it on low flame about 2-3 minutes. At last put the coriander leaves and mix it well and turn off the gas stove and keep it aside.
  3. Take a normal skillet (tawa) and spread oil on the top and clean tawa with wet cotton fabric and spread the dosa batter on tawa and cook on low flame and when once bubble start to appear then spread the potato masala on the dosa and cook it for 20 second and flip the both sides and serve hot with your favourite chutney and enjoy it.
