  18. Get 1/2 tsp kasturi methi

  1. Soak Chaana overnight in water with pinch of soda in it or for 7-8 hrs.strain the water
  2. After that take a pressure cooker 2 cup pani add turmeric powder turmeric, salt and tea bag in cooker. cook it for 5-6 whistle
  3. For gravy in pan add oil 4-5 tsp
  4. After oil get heat up then add curry leaves, mustard seed, cumin seed, dry red chilli. fry it for 30 sec.
  5. After that add ginger garlic chilli paste,untill it turns brown add onion paste and fry it untill it turns brown
  6. Then add tomatos pury/paste fry it untill it started leaving pan or we can say start leaving a oil
  7. Then add turmeric, coriander, chana masala, kitchen king masala and kasturi methi and 1 tsp malai and salt as per taste
  8. Then mix it well and fry it well and now add chaana to it witj water of it.. take out tea bag before putting chaana in gravy
  9. Boil it for 2-5 minutes
  10. Now add coriander leaves and serve hot.
