First of all grind sago and moraiyo.
Boil potatoes in cooker.peel of it skin.smash Potatoes in bowl.add grind sago and moraiyo.add black pepper powder and salt in it.add arrow root in it.add green chutney in it.prepare balls from it. Now roll it in arrowroot in it.
Take a mixer jar add Coriander leaves, coconut powder, Chilli, Ginger,salt,sugar, lemon juice, peanuts in it.add curd and prepare chutney.
Deep fry it till brown colour.
Prepare tadka.take a bowl add oil, cumin seeds,curry leaves in it.when it's crackle add green chutney in it.cook it for 2 minutes
