  2. Take 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt

  6. Get 1/2 bowl moong sabut dal
  7. Make ready As required water
  8. Prepare For making stuffing :
  9. Make ready 1/2 bowl sprouted moong
  10. Take 1 " piece ginger
  11. Make ready 4-6 pods garlic
  12. Take 1 Green chilli
  13. Prepare 1/2 slice bread
  14. Get To taste salt
  15. Prepare 1 tb sp cooking oil
  16. Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  17. Take 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  18. Get 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  19. Get Others
  20. Make ready As required Cooking Oil for frying paratha
  21. Prepare Pickle or butter
Steps to make Sprouted Moong Paratha:
  1. For making Sprout : Wash and Soak moong dal in water for 4 hours. Then strain the water and tie moong in a muslin cloth and Keep for 8 hours. Sprinkle some water on it after every one hour. It will Sprout as shown in pic below.
  2. For making dough : Add wheat flour and salt in a mixing bowl and knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 10 minutes. Peel, Wash and grate ginger and garlic. Chop green chilli.
  3. For making stuffing : Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put grated ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped green chilli and again sauté for 30 seconds. Add Sprouted dal and salt and mix. Saute for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame and let it cool for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Transfer it in a mixer and coarsely grind it with half slice of bread. Bread will absorb extra moisture. Add chaat masala and red chilli powder and transfer it in a plate.
  5. Take a portion of dough and make a ball and roll it round. Apply cooking oil on it and dust with wheat flour and put 2 tb sp of stuffing and then fold its edges with your hands and make a ball. Flatten it and roll with rolling pin.
  6. Heat a griddle. Put paratha on the griddle and roast for 2 minutes. Flip the side and roast from other side also for 1 minute. Flip again.
  7. Now apply cooking oil and shallow fry from both sides. Remove it in a plate.
  8. I have shown inner side of paratha in pic below.
  9. Serve hot with butter, pickle or any kind of curry.
