  14. Get 250 gm refined flour
  15. Prepare 100 gm curd
  16. Prepare 1 tea spoon baking powder
  17. Take 1 pinch salt and sugar
Instructions to make Chole Bhature:
  1. Soak white gram for at least six hours, heat the pressure cooker,put oil,crackle whole garam masala,put chopped onion,stir it till it turns light brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, stir it till it turns into fine paste along with onions,put other spices,garlic and ginger paste and add gram already soaked, add enough water to cook it for twenty five minutes.After two whistles, keep the flame low and cook it.
  3. When it cools down, open the lid, add roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder and amchur powder.
  4. Garnish it with green chillies and coriander leaves and serve it hot with Bhature.
  5. For Bhature
  6. Mix baking powder, a pinch of salt and sugar and curd to Maida and knead the dough, keep it aside for two hours for fermentation.
  7. Heat the oil in kadai, make ground or oval shape bhatura and deep fry it one by one.
  8. Serve it hot with chole already prepared along with onion slice and lemon.
