10. Grill it in a pan cooking all the sides. keep aside.
11. In a heavy-bottomed pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 onion.
12. Mix gently making sure to coat the onions well with oil.
13. Cook on low flame until the bottom of the onion is cooked well.
14. Stir in between to cook uniformly.
15. Now add 1 tsp butter, 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp salt.mix well and cook on low flame until the onions are cooked completely.
16. Slit the hot dog in the centre.
17. Squeeze in 2 tsp of eggless mayonnaise.
18. Also add 1tbsp of caramelised onion and place in a tbsp of prepared aloo paneer mixture.
19. Top with few more caramelised onion.
20. Now garnish with tomato sauce and mustard sauce.
21. Finally, grate with cheese and enjoy desi style veg hot dog.
