Steps to make My Special Masa:
First you wash your white Rice and set aside. Secondly in add water to your cooking pot and boil when hot add your little wash rice and allow to cooked if cooked packed it and pour into your wash rice add onions to it and take it were they will grand it smoothly
After granding add your small bowl of semovita add your I spoon of yeast and gently use your turning stick to turn so as to mix everything
Finally set aside to rise for some hours from 5- 6 hours and then you bring it it has double in size and smoothly rise add your soak melted kanwa to it and little baking powder and suger 3spoon and pinch of salt mix together use your masa maker tander add oil and start frying until golden and turn from down to up kip on doing the same until you finish all and put all into your warmers. That all about masa.
Next is your kuli kuli Add your kuli kuli, dry pepper, Aji no, garlic, dry ginger and 3cubes maggi to your mortar and pound until done. For the masa stew grand your pepper and onions fry both add little water add your spices when boil add your ready cut Allayahu and Add cover to cooked. Slices your onions and tomato and enjoy eating your masa with it finally your masa is ready and wooooo it very sweet and soft. I eat myn with fried fresh fish and Allayahu with dakaken kuli kuli
