  1. First marination. Take a bowl add beef mince.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, yoghurt.
  3. Add meat tenderizer and mix well. Marinate for 1/2 hour.
  4. Dry ingredients for second Marination.
  5. In a small pan add gram flour (baisan) and roast till you get smell of gram flour, add all dry ingredients and Mix well. It will slightly change the color.
  6. Add mince, roasted dry ingredients and butter and mix well and Marinate for more 1/2 hour.
  7. Now in a handi add oil and onion paste and fry till light brown color.
  8. Add beef mince in it and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of water in it and cook with lid on low flame.
  10. When water dries, check the consistency than add green chillies.
  11. It's done then given coal dam. Your delicious 😋 and yummy Fry Kabab is ready.
  12. Garnish the onion rings and green coriander leaves.
  13. Serve hot with roti or naan.
