  3. Knead a soft dough using all the above ingredients. Cover with a Muslin cloth and keep it aside for 2-3 hrs.
  4. Roll dough into bhatura.. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown - Serve hot with chole
  5. The amount mentioned above makes 10 bhatura.. You can variate ingredients accordingly
