  1. Put cooker on flame add ghee, oil, cumin seeds, onion slide saute till it transparent. add sprouted Moth,red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste, slited green Mirchi saute mix properly add 1/2 glass water and take 2 whistles..
  2. Boil Rice add all khada masala and cook 90 percent and strain. spread moth mixture in handi white plain rice next layer sprouted mixture mint and coriander leaves 3rd layer again rice layer add saffron milk and cover give drungar of charcoal. cover with foil paper and put 2-3mins on fast flame. and 7-10mins on slow flame.
  3. Now take biriyani in a mould and unmould garnish with tomato flower mint and coriander.Tasty biriyani is ready to serve.
