The ingredients needed to make Vegetable Dalia:
Make ready 1 bowl broken wheat
Prepare 1/2 bowl boiled rice
Take 1 bowl beans chopped
Take 1 bowl carrot chopped
Take 1 bowl sprouted mooñg
Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Take 1/4 tsp Tuemeric
Get 1 Medium onion
Take 2 medium onion

Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Instructions to make Vegetable Dalia:
Soak the wheat and the rice atleast for 1/2 an hour. Then add all the vegetables and soaked wheat and rice in the cooker with water an inch higher than the mix level. Give it in a 2 whistle. Don't add onion and tomato.
Take a wok and add very less oil for cumin seasoning and add ginger garlic turmeric powder and chopped onion. Sauteed well.
Later add in chopped tomatoes and let them cook well with the salt and cover with the lid
Now add 2 glasses of water and let it boil and now add the cooked wheat and rice mix to this, add garam masala and let it simmer for 2 min. All ready to eat.
Serve with ghee on top.
