Take a small mixer jar add mint leaves coriander leaves green chili ginger cumin seeds garlic tamarind salt pea nuts and grind it add little by little water and grind it to a smooth thick paste. add mashed potatoes and grind it again. Add pinch black salt and mix it so thick mint green chutney is ready
  3. Butter each slice of bread on both the sides. Spread green chutney as needed.place the veggies - potatoes, tomatoes, Onion, cucumber. Grate cheese as needed sprinkle chaat masala and covered the buttered bread
  4. Place sandwich on a grill pan until golden and crispy on both sides Keep it in low flame. Cut veg grilled Sandwich into 2 halves and serve with tomato ketchup.. serve immediately..!! Enjoy
