Get 4-5 small potatoes (i used red potatoes, that makes perfect stuffing)

After potatoes are cool peel their skin and mashed them.In a pan take 2 tbs oil and add cumin seeds,let it crackle now add in chopped onion,let it cook until translucent.Add in ginger garlic and green chilli.Cook for another 30 seconds.Now add all the masala and lemon juice.Garnish with chopped coriander.Stuffing is all ready.
Take one medium size of chapati dough,roll it in a size of puri,add in stuffing and bring all edges together and press it.Now softly roll it into paratha.Now add it onto a pan and roast on both sides applying ghee.Aloo paratha is all ready to serve with curd,green chilli pickle and mango pickle.I love them with ranch too.Enjoy hot.
