3. Add the garlic cloves and fry for about 2 minutes.
4. Reduce heat to low.
5. Add the coriander and stir.
6. Next add the mustard, whiskey, chilli pepper, stock cube and salt. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
7. Remove from the heat, and reserve until the fish is done.
8. Cook the sea bass on the barbecue for around 15- 20 minutes, flipping the fish often.
9. When cooked, drizzle all the sauce over the fish and serve with some boiled potatoes.
