Steps to make Potato Pancake:
Boil two medium potatoes, peel and grate them.
Clean, wash and soak rice water, for 3 hours.
Make rice batter with rice, chopped ginger and green chillies.
Mix grated potatoes with rice paste and again grind to get a smooth batter.
Mix masalas, soda and salt and rest the batter for 10 minutes. Mix well the chopped veggies.
Grease the pan with oil. Add a ladle of batter, cover and cook on medium to low flame for 3 minutes.
Put some oil on upper part of pancake and flip. - - Cook the other side of pancake for 3 minutes. Do the same process to. Cook, all the pancakes.
