  12. Take 1/2 tbsp Garlic chopped -
  13. Prepare 1/2 tbsp Ginger chopped -
  14. Make ready 1 chilies Green chopped -
  15. Get 3 nos Red chilli (deseeded and crushed)-
  16. Prepare 1 no Onion (diced)-
  17. Make ready 11/2 tbsps Spring onion chopped -
  18. Make ready 1/2 cup Capsicum (diced)-
  19. Get 1 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder -
  20. Take 1 tsp Pepper powder - more
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp Tomato sauce -
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp Soya sauce -
  23. Take 1 tsp Cornflour -
  24. Get Water
  25. Get Salt
  26. Prepare Oil

Marinate fish with the chilli sauce, both kinds of soyabean sauces, vinegar, sugar, salt, ginger paste and lime juice. Heat oil in a kerahi or skillet, preferably non-stick. Steps to make Chilli Fish:
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter with enough water to form a thick batter.
  2. Add the fish pieces into the batter and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the fish pieces and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in another pan and add the chopped ginger, garlic,red chili flakes and green chilies.Saute till done.
  5. Add onion,bell pepper and spring onion, saute till onion turn translucent.
  6. Add chili powder and pepper powder.Saute for a minute.
  7. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce,stir well.Add some water and bring to a boil.Add salt to taste.
  8. Add 3 tbsp water to cornflour and mix well.Add this to the gravy.Stir well till the gravy thickens.
  9. Now reduce the flame and add the fried fish pieces,cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top and serve

It is crunchy, tasty, filling and full of aromatic flavours to have your taste buds tantalizing. Serve as an appetizer or a side dish at your next dinner party and the guests will surely be impressed! Cut fish fillets into medium cubes and put into a bowl. Add salt, pepper powder, paprika powder and one tablespoon lemon juice and rub well on the fish cubes. Set aside to marinate for ten to fifteen minutes.
