  1. If you are using boiled eggs, fry the eggs in pan by adding little oil, salt, 1/4 tsp Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Fry in medium flame for 3 mins.
  2. Add the ingredients given for grinding in a mixie. Grind to a smooth paste.
  3. In a kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heat, add bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Fry it. Add onions and curry leaves. Saute till onions becomes translucent.
  4. Add the ground paste and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.
  5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. Add required water. Cover and cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
  6. Break the eggs and slowly drop in the curry. Don't mix. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve with Chapathi, Roti and Phulka.
