Get 5-6 tbsp Mint leave
Get 4 Glasses Water
Instructions to make (Potatoes) Aloo Pulao:
Take a pot add oil,Onion cook until light brown then take out in other plate.
Then add Garam Masala Whole, Shahi zeerah(jeera), bay leaf make fry.
Then add Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,potato, tomatoes, red chilli powder,
Garam masala powder,cardamom powder, salt, green chilli, yoghurt, water 2 glass and then cover it to cook until the oil come up.
And add potato get soft then add rice, fry onion, mint leave and water 4 glass. And cover it to cook. - Aloo pulao is Ready.
