  1. Making aloo tikkis tak a bowl and mashed potatoes in the bowl…
  2. Add all dry spices, green chillies, Chppd coriander,Salt lemon juice with Cornflour and mix well..
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal part and make patties out of it..
  4. Now heat a pan add oil and when oil heated fry all the tikkis both side gldn..
  5. Remove it on a plate and keep it aside…
  6. For Chole:-tak a pressure cooker and add sm oil to it..
  7. When the oil heated add soaked white cheakpea and saute..Now add Trmric powder,rd chilli powder grgr grlic paste and salt and saute for 5-10 min.Now add sm water and pressure cook 4 5- 6 whistles…and dein switch off the gas
  8. Now open the pressure cooker and check the water consistency….not so thick and not so liquidy.
  9. Now arrange all the tikkis in a plate and pour 1/2 cup of chole on it…now add 2tbsp of curd,Green chtny,sweet termarind chtny…
  10. Now add Chppd onion and coriander leaves with chaat masala and lemon juice….
  11. Lastly garnish with nylon sev and dry pani puri with anar dana and serve hot….
