Steps to make Butter Paneer Masala:
In a pan heat ghee, add onions ; saute till transparent.
Add tomatoes ; ginger garlic and green chillies.
Mix and all the dry masalas.
Add malai, mix and saute till oil/ ghee leaves the sides of the pan.
Switch off the flame.
Allow it to cool.
Grind it to fine paste.
Add water if required.
In the same pan ; add little ghee/ oil, saute the paste for 10mins.
Add required water and boil the gravy for 15-20mins.
Add paneer cubes ; kasturi methi and coriander leaves.
Transfer in the lunch box along with hot Paratha / rotis.
