For dough first mix maida, atta and rava together. Add salt, ajwain, jeera, baking soda and give a dry mix.
Now add hot oil and gently crumble it. And then make a dough slowly adding water. Make it soft and light.
Now make roti from dough. Spread stuffing on it evenly and roll it. Close it from side and deep fry it. Make roti of small size. Larger will make it difficult to fry.
Now once it is fried cut it into small slices and serve it with green chutney and fried chilli.
