Instructions to make Curry leaves gravy:
  1. Cut 2 onions, 2 green chillies. Peel garlic and ginger. Take 1 cup of curry leaves and one cardamom. Grind them all in a mixer (Curry leaves should also be grinded together).
  2. Take a cooker. Put 6-7 tbsp of oil. Heat it. Put the grinded mixture. Stir for 5 mins on high flame untill the colour changes to slightly brown. Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and dry coriander powder according to your taste. Add 1tbsp kitchen king masala.
  3. When the colour of the mixture becomes a little darker add nearly 2 cups of water. Cover the lid. After 1 whistle put off the flame. Remove the gravy in a pot. Tasty CURRY leaves gravy is ready to serve.

The base will taste very bland as this is just a sauce base. Today i have for you a simple yet delicious gravy made from the seasonal fresh Avarekalu.
