Take 1 cup moong sprouts
Take 1/2 cup chopped and cubed cucumber,

Take moong sprouts in a bowl - Add a small chopped onion, tomato, carrots, corn and chopped cucumber to it.
Add salt and dry mango powder(amchoor) and mix nicely - Masalas use according to your taste - I like to add blk pepper powder too - Keep this mixture ready
Now take a big zeera papad(I took lijjat papad) - Cut it into two halves - Dry roast one half on hot tawa and fold it like a cone
Serving - Just before serving add lemon juice to the mixture
Now take papad cone in a glass and put moong sprouts chat in it - Crispy masala papads as healthy party starters or evening snacks are ready
