  1. Brown ground chicken in large pot. Halfway through the process, generously salt and pepper, add chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped green bell pepper.
  2. Add stewed tomatoes only. Separate tomatoes in the pot using large spoon (break the tomatoes into smaller pieces). Cook maximum 2 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add tomato purée, kidney beans, garlic, sugar, ground cumin, and chilli powder (add more or less to your specific taste). Salt and pepper again to taste.
  4. Add 3/4 of one can (lg 28 oz) of water. Simmer on low 40 minutes. Serve with crackers.

Many ingredients get tossed into the pot all at once and in no time this hearty, healthy, and comforting chili is ready. My family loved this easy white chicken chili, and I love that it's ready so quickly and with very minimal effort. Add the peppers and fry for another couple of minutes. Remove the chicken and peppers and set aside. In the same pan, add the garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, tomato purée, and water.
