  6. Get leaves Coriander
  7. Get to taste Salt

I have never got urad dal vada perfectly until i saw my mom making it. Recently when my parents visited me , i told my mom to make vada. Urad dal vada is a popular breakfast recipe served with coconut or peanut chutney and sambar. In south India Urad dal vadas are made on all festivals and auspicious occasions.

Instructions to make Urad Dal vada:
  1. Once the dough ready add onion,ginger, green chilli,salt,coriander leaves
  2. Take a pan add 250 ml oil once get heat make vada and put in oil for frying
  3. Transfer it to a serving plate
  4. For batter–Soak urad Dhal for one hour and grind it in a wet grinder because then only we get a nice dough while making dough sprinkle water don’t add more water
