  25. Take as needed Fresh coriander leaves chopped and washed

  2. For Urad dal : Pressure cook dal by adding salt and haldi powder. Give one whistle, sim the gas for 2-3 mins, Switch off the flame. Tke a wok, add desi ghee, Heeng, jeera, chopped ginger, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Saunth. Mix it in the cooked dal, then add amchur and garam masala. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
