  7. Heat oil in wok
  8. Take a portion of the dough and flatten it and fill the dal mix and seal it nicely and roll slightly with a rolling pin and fry in a low medium flame
  9. For sabzi heat oil in a pan and add hing, jeera as it sputter add ginger and green chilli and coriander powder, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and half cup water and stir it till oil separate
  10. Add potato and water, garam masala and salt to taste and let it simmer on low flame
  11. Garnish with chopped fresh water and serve it with Khasta
