Prepare 1 Lemon juice
Make ready 1 tbsp Raisin
Take 1 tsp coarse black pepper
Get to taste Black salt
Prepare to taste White salt
Take 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli flecks
Get 1/2 tsp Oregano
Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
Prepare 1 tsp cumin seeds
Make ready 1 pinch asafoetodia
Prepare 1 tbsp olive oil
Steps to make Detox Salad (Full Meal):
Take a serving bowl add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled Corn,both roasted flour,roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves coriander leaves,black pepper, both of salt, Oregano, red chilli flack, raisin. Mix well.
Take a tadka pan add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & asafoetodia and let them splutter. Add ginger green chilli & curry leaves.mix well. Switch off the gas.
Now pour the tadka in Salad meal. Add lemon juice & mix nicely.
