The ingredients needed to make Qulfi:
  1. Get whole milk
  2. Get sugar
  3. Prepare condensed milk
  4. Prepare evaporated milk
  5. Prepare cardamon powder
  6. Prepare kewra water
  7. Take khoya (milk solids)
  8. Prepare cornflour or dry milk powder
  9. Prepare pista badam chopped

Sugar, cardamom or saffron and chopped nuts are added to the milk once it reaches half its original quantity. Steps to make Qulfi:
  1. Cook milk till it reduces to 1/2on slow flame.
  2. Add evaporated and condensed milk, cardamon powder and cook.
  3. Add sugar and khoya and keep cooking add cornflour dissolved in little milk and mix well and cook till it gets thick
  4. Turn flame off
  5. Add kewra and pista badam
  6. Take a container and pour this mixture when cool come and cover with butter paper than with lid.
  7. Keep in freezer over night.
  8. Take out and you mould on a serving plate
  9. Garnish with pista badam.
  10. Very delicious qulfi is ready.
