6. Fold in dry mixture just until combined. In 2 parts..(Over mixing makes tough brownies!!)
7. Fold in your 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips.
8. Pour batter into prepared baking pan(8x8 square pan)
9. This next step is optional. Sprinkle another 1/4 cup of Chocolate Chips over your brownie batter…
