  8. Next put the dough into the center of the pan and let the dough rise a second time. (Let it sit for 40 minutes at 35°C (95℉).)
  9. Once they have risen properly, coat them with milk or a beaten egg and then bake them for 13 minutes at 190°C (375℉).
  10. Once they are done, take them out of the pans and let them cool on a cooling rack.

Once the braided bread is fully cooled, drizzle with the glaze and serve. In a separate bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugar until smooth (either by hand or use electric beaters). To make the filling: While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by mixing all of the ingredients together until smooth. To assemble the braid: Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled work surface, and divide it in half.
