We use this to make taco meat for our ground beef tacos. One serving of this homemade taco seasoning is perfect to season a pound of ground beef (or any meat used for tacos, nachos, fajitas). My homemade version combines chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder with other seasonings like cumin, paprika and oregano. (We need tacos, stat!)   7. Char the tortilla in a pan and wrap around a rolling pin for about 30 seconds to hold it's shape.
