5. pizza dough after 30 mimutes, take out refrigerator, on a floured surface, roll out pizza dough, for a 9" :inch pie pan. shap dough into pan,
6. add sauce spread evenly, add mozzarella cheese,
7. bake pie shell for 10 minutes covered with foil, take back out of oven, remove foil and top, I made my pizza half and half.chicken half pepperoni, top with topping and put in oven. and bake for 15 minutes uncovered.or untill golden brown.
8. cut into ready to serve.
