Instructions to make Crispy Pakora:
  1. In a bowl add besan, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, baking soda, kasuri methi, Ajwain.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients and set a side.
  3. Now cut all the vegetables and add them in a bowl.
  4. Add some water and mix all ingredients.
  5. Don't add too much water we only need when besan cover all the vegetables.
  6. Because too much water make better runny and pakoras become soft.
  7. Now fry them in hot oil until light golden colour.
  8. Serve with Imli chutni or ketchup.
