  2. Optional to add 1/2 TS Baking Soda, to the batter to give a fluffy Bhajji. Heat oil in Kadai and keep the flame medium low. Dip the sliced veggies in the batter and deep fry them in small batches and transfer to tissue / paper towel to drain excess oil.
  3. Serve them hot with Chutney / Sauce.
  4. If preparing long Mirchi Bhajji, you can cut them to smaller pieces and dip in batter and fry them in oil, as shown. To make them less spicy the seeds may be removed before dipping in batter. If any left over batter is there, drop some chopped onion into the batter mix well and prepare Crispy Pakodas too.
