  1. Urad aur rajma ko dho kar pressure cooker mein Paani Dal kar,,2 tsp sarson ka oil dalkar 5-6 seeti aane tak ubal lijiye
  2. Ab gas band kar dijiye.. pressure release hone ke baad cooker khol kar isme dobara thoda paani daal kar 5-6 whistle lagwaye.gas band kar dein
  3. Tomato, Hari mirch aur aadha adrak dhokr mixi Mein paste bana leejiye..aadha adrak chhota aur lamba kaat lijiye.
  4. Kadhai Mein ghee daal kar garamkijiye.hing,,jeera,,methi,,daal dein,,ab adrak daal kar achhe se bhoon lein. Ab mixi wali paste daal kar bhoon lein.tab tak bhoone jab tak masale tel chhod dein.add garam masala.
  5. Tadke wale chhote pan mein 2 tsp Desi ghee Daal kar degi mirch ka tadka bana kar rakh lein.ye garnishing mein daal dena.
  6. Cooker khol kar daal ko khula hi thoda (1/2glass) doodh daal achhe se Boil hone dein.jab daal achhe se kad jaye tab isme bhune hue masale wala mixture add krein.salt add karein,,cream bhi add krein.
  7. Achhe se hilayen.. Serving Bowl mein nikaal kar Cream,,hara dhaniya,,red chilli oil se garnish kar ke naan,,pratha,,chapati,,rice Kisi bhi cheez ke saath garam parosen.
