Peel the bananas and chopped into pieces. Cook the banana in a pressure cooker. Drain the excess water then mash the boiled bananas with 2 tablespoons of spinach paste (made after blanching spinach with salt, cool it and thin paste is made in a blender),salt to taste,1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder and make patty from the dough. Then pan fry the patty with olive oil. Crispy spinach banana patty is ready.

Make a smooth paste of cooked chickpea, 1/2 cup tahini, 4 tablespoons of boiled spinach paste, 7 cloves of garlic, 4 tablespoon olive oil, salt to taste, 1/2 tablespoon black pepper and 2-3 tablespoons water in a mixer. Spinach hummus is ready. For dressing use roasted sesame seeds.
